RADON TESTING
Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing.
MOLD TESTING
If you suspect mold in your home, we're here to help. We use the latest lab tests and analysis to detect hidden mold that may be in crawl spaces, between walls, and in other such areas of your home, to ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations.
WATER QUALITY TESTING
We work with EPA-certified laboratories to examine and assess water quality in your home. We can check for contaminants such as lead and heavy metals, bacteria, parasites, and other organisms and contaminants.
THERMAL IMAGING
Thermal imaging allows inspectors to identify hidden problems not visible to the naked eye. It can reveal moisture intrusion, detect overheating electrical components that may pose fire hazards, and highlight missing insulation or air leaks that affect energy efficiency and comfort.
SEWER SCOPE
Our sewer scope inspection uses a specialized camera to examine the interior of your sewer lines. We can detect blockages, cracks, root intrusion, and pipe deterioration before they become expensive emergencies.
CHIMNEY SCOPE
Our chimney scope inspection uses a high-definition camera to inspect the interior of your chimney flue. We identify cracking, creosote buildup, blockages, and structural deterioration to ensure safe operation.
